The mid-size SUV gains revised exterior design, improved infotainment system and expanded driver-assist technologies.
Ford has introduced a refreshed version of its Territory SUV to the South African market, featuring updated styling and enhanced technology systems12. The model builds on the previous version that was launched locally in 202412.
The most substantial changes appear at the front of the vehicle, where Ford has installed a revised bonnet, new front grille and trapezoidal bumper, along with L-shaped daytime running lights and compact LED headlamp modules12. The exterior updates extend to new wheel designs and a redesigned rear bumper12. Two additional paint colours have been added to the range: Cactus Grey and Oasis Green12.
Inside, the Territory receives new seats with more supportive headrests and a redesigned 12.3-inch infotainment display12. Ford stated the updated system offers a more intuitive, user-friendly interface12. The vehicle now includes Arkamys 3D Audio software for enhanced sound quality12.
For the first time in the Territory model, Ford has introduced App connectivity, enabling owners to remotely lock or unlock the vehicle, schedule remote start times, monitor vehicle status and receive vehicle health alerts through a smartphone application12.
